Supporting Your Body As It Transitions Into 5th Dimension

As this year in your sequence of time begins to come to a close, it is essential that you recognize all of the dramatic events and changes that have taken place in your world. There have been massive influxes of Celestial Light that have penetrated the Earth’s atmosphere on many levels. These influxes of Light have been configured to bring about change in the physical world on all levels. Pause for a few minutes and review what you have learned and the changes that you have made this past year.
These changes affect the physical bodies of all humans on Earth. They also affect the Earth itself from its atmosphere to the deep chasms of its interior. The alterations have been both energetic as well as physical. There have been many Earth changes that have occurred throughout the history of Planet Earth. These current times in Earth’s history are no exception. They are designed to bring about change on all levels.
The collective consciousness of the Ascended Master Realms is very present now to guide and assist all humans as they progress on their soul journey and transformation. There have been many discussions in regards to the massive shift into 5th-dimensional consciousness. What needs to be further understood is that this is not only a shift in consciousness but also a physical shift out of density in the Earth. There will be physical changes that have to be better understood as well as accepted. Fear limits your ability to create in the midst of such massive changes.
I am here to discuss with you what you can each do to support yourself at a physical, mental and emotional level so that as you can navigate these times with more ease and less fear. When you can maintain a calmness within yourself, you help the body tremendously. The tension in your thoughts and emotions puts stress and tension on the body. As you know, stress in the body can cause disease in the body. The shift into 5th dimension requires you to have possession of a physical body that is functioning in health and wellbeing.
Recurrent thoughts and reactions that cause worry, doubt or fear have to be examined to discern the source. Are you allowing yourself to be triggered into a reaction because you are unable to voice what is unacceptable to you? Do you receive an emotional high when you use specific emotional responses that are of a negative origin? Some of you are addicted to the adrenalin rush that you feel when there is drama in your life. Too much adrenaline in the body is harmful.
Many humans get benefit from creating the drama because they receive an emotional charge when they can create a solution to a problem, and they appear to be a hero. Others like to be a rescuer or rescued. Continual use of these patterns causes great tension in the body over long periods of time. These patterns stem from a fractured emotional body that was severely wounded from childhood through early adulthood. These are the things many humans are dealing with at this time as the massive Light templates are transmitted.
These Light templates do not support 3rd-dimensional thoughts and emotions. They continuously call to you to examine them as they surface. Realize you have many choices in how you choose to think and feel. When you are aware of what you think and how you feel is the only time that you can make another choice that will create a viable change. It must start with you. It is up to you to create the change for yourself that is needed so that your life can be calm and harmonious. You can only create when you are in a state of tranquility.
Many struggle in the workplace because there seems to be constant chaos playing out. You can help change this just by holding a calmness within yourself. Take deep cleansing breaths often to support the body. Offer constructive solutions when you are able. Try to maintain an awareness of an open heart that is compassionate to others who are suffering to survive. When you can hold composure consistently, you can create a calmness in your environment. This rarely fails to help the environment, but if it does, pay attention and do not react to the negativity. Try to maintain as best you can a calmness for yourself. If needed take a break. Go to the restroom. Take some calming breaths. If possible, take a short walk down some hallways and breathe calm short breaths. These things are important for you.
Prepare yourself ahead of time. This is important. Each time you interact with others, whether it is in the workplace, shopping, or a social event. Think about the environment you will be entering and plan how you will react to it. If you start off in a calm state of being, it is more likely you will succeed and return home in the same state. Before leaving home make time to sit quietly for a few minutes breathing in love and light. Feel the love that is there for you in your heart. Put a bubble of protection around yourself with the intention that everything that is not of love will bounce off and return to sender. This is how you keep your energy field functioning in a coherent state.
Each evening review your day. Notice and mark your successes. Notice where you have fallen a little short. Do not judge yourself, just notice them. Next time you will make a different choice. It might take two or three times to notice before you will make a very conscious change. The important thing is not to judge or blame. Just notice.
Now, let’s discuss what you can do to support yourself and escalate the process of dropping the physical denseness of 3rd dimension and supporting a 5th-dimensional body. Rest often if needed. The physical body is slow to respond to some of the Light influxes that are designed to alter the body at a cellular level. The changes in the electrical, magnetic field of Earth are extensive and do affect the body. They affect your thoughts and emotions but also affect the way in which the body responds to them. The body requires a calm environment to create consistent regeneration of healthy cells. When there is tension in the body chemicals are produced that create deterioration in the cells of the glandular system, so it is incapable of creating the proper regeneration of healthy cells.
The body’s primary enemy is stress and tension that is created in the mental and emotional body. The result is the production of chemical and hormonal imbalances. Diet also contributes to these imbalances. Non-nutritional foods create an addiction to the tastes of these foods that compromise the pancreas, heart, digestive system, liver, and kidneys. When you ingest plenty of nutritional fresh vegetables, fruits, and proteins that nourish instead of inhibit well-being, the cells can do their job of reproducing themselves in a healthful state. The chemical and hormonal balance is restored. Make sure that you are consuming plenty of liquids as the body is mostly water and the water needs to be replenished continuously. Also, make sure that you breathe deeply throughout the day. Oxygenation of the cells is essential. Practice deep breathing often and remember when you are in reaction or in stress your breath either stops or is very shallow. Your breath can restore calmness in your mental/emotional body.
All of the things I have been speaking about relate to your physical body and its health and wellbeing. Sometimes, you forget to include your body in your transformation process. You don’t pay attention to how it is feeling unless you are ill. This transformation and ascension process is also about transforming matter into a light-filled expression. Dropping the density in form is essential in the raising of a planet and of all humans into their original Christed form. The 5th dimension is the first step that you human creators are taking. All parts of you need to be included and valued.
If all of this seems to be overwhelming, take a deep breath, rest often and most importantly love yourself continually even when you forget and miss the mark that you had intended.

The Lords of Light are Devoted to Your Ascension

Greetings, it is I Michael,
I come in the configuration of a Lord of Light to deliver a message that will assist you in the present time of great change. These are potent times to create and change a paradigm that no longer serves the Earth or humanity. Every human has come into an embodiment in this time sequence to change the dense reality as well as the energetic components of this dimensional sequence. Each one has a valuable contribution to make. I am here to remind you of this now and also to encourage you to see the bigger picture of what is occurring on Earth at the present time.
There are great upheavals and confusion in all sectors of the Earth. This discord comes from human thoughts and extreme emotional reactions. The main contributor to these disruptions is fear that is predominately present in the collective consciousness. Mother Earth is responding to all of the disruptions that humans are creating. She is clearing and cleansing many areas of the Earth to provide a cleaner environment that will reflect a consciousness of the Christed energetic matrix that returned to Earth in 2011.
This matrix has been amplified many times since 2012 and continues to expand in the present moment. This particular cycle is necessary even though it invokes a fear-based response in many. The old 3rd-dimensional paradigm and the ego of many humans do not like such drastic changes. The 3rd-dimensional ego prefers to keep a status quo in place. This status quo position is influenced by a deep ancient programming of survival. It is important that you see this clearly so you can change it. Do not hold fast to old beliefs that do not serve you. Be willing to change and create a new reality on Earth that is based on Love and Unity.
All of the disruptions that you see everywhere are needed. These disturbances can show you specifically from where they originate. Most originate from unbalanced thoughts that evoke denser emotional reactions such as fear, separation, guilt, hate, or mistrust. See a bigger picture is what is occurring. When you see the motives behind what is being created, you can discern the fallen thoughts and emotions. When you see this from the center point of neutrality rather than judgment, you will not react from the denser emotions that are being displayed. It is important that you stay alert to what you are thinking and feeling so you can choose differently.
When you use compassion rather than unbalanced reactions, you will be more inclined to create a different response. You can see that many who create such distortions in the collective reality do so mainly from their thought of fear and separation. When you can see what motivates their actions clearly and without judgment, you can acknowledge that it has existed in your reality previously. You have learned to change your reality by creating in a more harmonious way that is based in unity and love. This is you creating from a 5th-dimensional state of consciousness. And you are so needed in these times of change and transition out of the 3rd-dimensional paradigm.
Change comes when individuals who are conscious come together for the common good of all with love in their hearts and a motivation of creating unity. There must be respect for individual beliefs and ways of creating solutions even when they differ from yours. There are many ways to create in the 5th dimension as there are infinite possibilities that cycle continuously.
When you make small changes within yourself and limit your fearful reactions, you contribute to a larger change that emerges and grows. As more individuals notice these little changes and join you in making changes in themselves, a significant shift in the collective consciousness is possible. Even subtle small alteration can make a difference. Gradually, bigger changes are created.
We encourage you to receive the great Light waves that are continuously coming from the cosmic realms of Creation. These creative Light Rays are always based on love and unity. It is of great importance that you receive these refined Light frequencies. Hold them stably in your physical body. Use them and build upon them. You are the ones who have a physical body. It takes all who have a physical body to create changes in the physical world. Earth is dependent on you to reflect to her and the elementals Christ consciousness so that a physical environment can be created that is a proper environment for all humans to create precisely and responsibly.
The more Light that you can maintain in your body’s energy field, the more you can create responsibly and consciously. As you transform your body into a Lightbody vehicle, you change the dense 3rd-dimensional structure of the body and contribute to the physical change of Earth. This time of change is not just a change in consciousness, but it is also a change in the actual physicalness of the body and the Earth. This is why you have incarnated. You will change the consciousness as well as the physicalness of all humanity and Earth.
Change yourself first. It starts with you as the individual creator and then expands when others join you and contribute to the Light that is present. You can continually increase the frequencies of Light that you hold by openly receiving with intention and attention to your energy system. Scan your chakra system daily. Make sure that all chakras are spinning coherently and that the colors are brilliantly clear. Be conscious of your thoughts. Ask yourself often do my recurrent thoughts contribute to my Light or do they detract from its stability. Above all seek to maintain an energy of love and respect for yourself. You cannot love or respect others until you do so for yourself. Then it will be genuine and not contrived.
Often, it will take courage and tenacity to maintain a 5th-dimensional state of being. You will be tempted to react by going into the old pattern of fear or judgment. When you fall out of Christ consciousness, notice it and accept it without judgment. This will shift you immediately and bring you into the love frequency of 5th dimension. Self-judgment only contributes to separation. It is then followed by guilt and more judgment which is so detrimental to your energy field and your ability to maintain a refined frequency of Light. Take a breath and bring yourself back to your center.
Call on me to give you a shield of Light to help you as you move forward in the ascension process. This shield is made of courage, tenacity, and love. Use it daily. Place it in your energy field daily. I am devoted to your ascension and the ascension of Earth. There is much yet to accomplish, and you will never be left without the full assistance of we Lords of Light and the Archangels.

I come from the Collective Consciousness of the All That Is.
I am here with this beautiful gathering of individual expressions of the divine. You serve such a valuable role in this transformation of the Earth and of all humanity into Christ consciousness. You are the ones with the physical bodies. You are the ones that will create the changes within the human body. You are the forerunners of this process.
This evening, as you have gathered with us, ALL of the realms of the vast Source Energy; the Archangels, the Masters, the Lords of Light, the Elohim, as well as all of the star systems that are waiting for Earth to generate the full expression of Christ consciousness once again.
This gathering has a two-fold purpose. First of all, it is to acknowledge the vast waves of energy that have been sent from the Realms of Source. Secondly, it is to celebrate what has been received. And you are an integral part of the reception process. Not all humans are capable of receiving in the same capacity. But those that are adept enough are important because it is you that receive these energies and begin the transformational process of humans.
I would like to talk a little bit about why this gathering is different from other gatherings that you have participated in, in other equinoxes and solstice events. This is a very amplified equinox, because of the vast waves of Light that have been coming to the Earth and to humans. This acceleration of changes is extensive and will continue through 2021. Each year, the waves of Light descend into the Earth and humanity to escalate the ascension process. They bring forth a unique expression of Christ consciousness, both physically and spiritually.
This shift in consciousness, as you are well aware of, began slowly in 2012. It was greatly misperceived as the end of time. And it was because it provided the impetus to enter a different frame of time in the 5th-dimensional sequence. But it was not the end; it was the beginning of Christ consciousness to come more fully, energetically into form, which was the original intent when Earth was first created.
There has been a 5-year initiatory Light energetic procedure that happened in these past five years of your time. This initiatory process preceded the year 2017. The purpose was to prepare humans and to prepare the Earth for this amplification process that will continue through 2021.
It was designed to push humans into a fuller awareness of the 5th-dimensional energies and consciousness within the physicality of the Earth and humans. And, as you all know, that 5th-dimensional consciousness is based on unity and love. The element of Love will now take precedence in the creative process, as it was intended all along. This energy was hidden so that humans could experience a 33rd-dimensional consciousness of separation to its fullest extent. Now is the time to remember that fifth element of Love.
The energies of the past five years also had a massive transformational effect on the physical body as well as the mental-emotional body and the consciousness of the Earth and of humans. The density of the old third and fourth paradigm has been diminished. There were seeds of this extensive shift planted early in the Spring, in the Spring Equinox of this year. This is the accelerated process that I have spoken of. They were assisted in this acceleration by the many cycles of the eclipses and waves of Light that were transmitted from the vast region of the Cosmic Realms of Source. Much has transpired in just a few short months, since that Spring Equinox. And they will continue, just because we are here, gathered in unity to acknowledging this process.
Understand that just because we are celebrating a harvest does not mean that these energies will stop or slow down. There will be a more fruitful acceptance of the eclipses and changes in the polarity of the Earth and the Earth’s consciousness. It’s time to awaken what has transpired and how you, as a human in form, can contribute to this vast escalation process.
You can help the body to drop density so that it reflects itself as a Light body. Jana led you in some very direct exercises in using the breath, using the sound currents of toning that are very helpful to the body to begin to let go of the density of its 3rd-dimensional configuration and begin to take on the essence of a 5th-dimensional Light body. It’s important that you realize this and you acknowledge it. In this way, you help the body to accept these accelerated energies. To receive the accelerated Light energies is a very important part of this whole process. How do you do that? By making yourself available, acknowledging every step that you take, opening your chakra system fully and completely, checking in on a regular basis to make sure that each and every one of those chakras are spinning in a rotation that reflects a more refined, unified state. Make sure the crown chakra is open to receive what is being given to you with these vast Light energetics.
I’d like to mention some of the significant pieces of this acceleration that have taken place since the beginning of 2017.
There was a very important interface that took place at the Lion’s Gate when the Sirian Star System was in a close proximity to the Earth’s system. Now, this is an annual event that happens in the month of August of your human time. In previous times, it was acknowledged, but the significance of it or the importance of it wasn’t understood.
I am here to give you a little information around that: about what happened in August at that Lion’s Gate celebration that many of you joined together to celebrate.
There was a direct connection made between humans and the beings of Sirius, who carry a very refined state of consciousness. Within that system is an iteration of the Central Sun that has to do with Christ consciousness. So as that Lion’s Gate opened, and the proximity of Sirius and Earth were very close, the transference of that Christ consciousness to Earth was a very real event, through that iteration of the Central Sun that holds that Christ consciousness within it.
Humans were ready to receive this massive influx of Light. They were able to begin to transform their consciousness through the thoughts that they thought, the emotions that they chose to use on a regular basis. This is why this event is so significant.
Many of you have worked very diligently in the last five years to create a more cohesive and coherent mental-emotional body. And you have done an excellent job. This influx of Light from the Central Sun changes the magnetics so that they reflect Christ consciousness. There was an influence that also began to be created, both by humans and by Source Energy. This was an amplified solar energy. As many of you know, there have been many massive solar flares emanating from your physical Sun.
And this is a design that was intentional.
It alters the electromagnetics of Earth and humans substantially. It changes the way in which the magnetics of the Earth function. In a 3rd-dimensional paradigm, the magnetics were such that opposites attracted. So, as humans continually tried to escalate their awareness and their consciousness, they were bombarded by opposites, stemming from the Collective Consciousness of the majority of humans. And this caused a lot of resistance and a lot of struggle.
That’s no longer needed, because of the new magnetics. As you exhibit Christ consciousness and you begin to accept the beauty of who you are as a light being, this is then reflected back to you in a magnified way. So, this is an important fact that you need to know about.
Now, let’s talk about the Solar Eclipse that was a very powerful event. This also was a solar event, both at a physical level and a nonphysical level. It brought into the Earth’s atmosphere, as well as to the Human energy field, a whole new genre of electrical charge and, again, the energies, the solar energies of Christ consciousness so that you could receive directly from Source.
Previous solar electrical charges evoked a reaction, and they were not all in the most relevant atmosphere of Christ consciousness. These new energetics allow humans to receive and process the Christed Source much more easily. Why? Because the neurology of the body, of the brain, has been altered within the last five years.
Some of the complexity of Source Thought can be processed quickly and in ease, now. The electrical charges have contributed to the physical changes in the body. Changes in the mental-emotional body have allowed a more coherence within the valuable part of the human system: your awareness of how your thoughts have shifted and influenced your life experience because you process it from the present moment.
These are things that you must acknowledge and be very aware of. And, of course, the presence of the element of Love, brought in on a 5th-dimensional LightWave in 2012, was a necessary element to assist humans to move forward in their transformational process.
The element of Love stimulates humans to look at a different perspective of their life experience. And it brings harmony into the nervous system, which is so desired. This harmony is new to the body, and it has to be nurtured. It’s been desired all along. It’s very painful for humans to be in that separated state of consciousness. So, anytime you have been able to use different techniques and processes to create that harmony within you has brought about great benefits to you. And this needs to be continued.
It’s important to recognize that when there is tension in the body, it restricts the body in releasing the denseness of 3rd and 4th dimension. Pay attention to what you are sensing within your physical senses. It can be a very tangible sensation. And you know when the body is restricted, the energy of the body is restricted – there is a tightness. The denseness can be very much felt.
So this is a time that using the physical senses are important so that you recognize the changes. And you are more open and receptive to these accelerated changes that are now occurring on planet Earth. This is why each one of you came into embodiment. Through all the struggles of your life experience, you have reached a pinnacle of consciousness now, where there is an excitement and a joy in living life and being in a body because the body is being altered. And it accommodates you at that spirit level, with ease.
So, it’s up to you to monitor the body and to constantly use the breath. Check on your chakra system to make sure that the colors are vibrant and the spinning is spinning in a very coherent way. Open the Crown Chakra daily with the intention of receiving these vast energetics from the realms of Source.
This is how you accelerate your ascension process. It’s not about leaving the Earth or leaving the body. It’s ascending the body and the consciousness as a unit not just in that 5th-dimensional-time sequence but all the way through the 12th-dimension.
Now the celebration is this: in the realization that yes! You have come here with a purpose, by design, and you now realize that you ARE a Christed being. And you have all of the energetics in place that you have received from the beginning of 2017. Most importantly, since that great seeding of consciousness took place at the Spring Equinox, things have changed because of the awarenesses that have been received.
Understand, these awarenesses don’t just magically appear. You have to be open and receptive to receiving them, and then to using them by keeping your thoughts and your emotions very high and refined energetically.
Understand, Dear Ones, these are very important times. Take advantage of this next five-year cycle. You will be amazed in the coming times of the changes, and how quickly you can make them: how quickly you can transcend any hold that 3rd or 4th dimension previously had on you, how easily you can release the tension from the body, and see the density gradually just drop away. That beautiful Light body can begin to take precedence.
The consciousness, the Christ consciousness, goes along with that. Christ Consciousness will then push you into that 6th- and 7th-dimensional frequency range, where the 5th, 6th, and 7th dimensions operate simultaneously, very coherently. You have the electrical charges. You have the magnetics that operate in a unified way. You have the element of Love that is a very viable, active element of creation. You just have to pay attention and acknowledge it and receive it openly and consistently. The crown chakra is a key chakra in that reception.
We are very grateful, we Lords of Light, to have such human beings who are so dedicated to work with the body, to work with the consciousness, and be part of this vast change that has been so long awaited. You are significant players in these changes. Never doubt that. Celebrate it!
Closing Meditation
So, before we close our Gathering this evening, I would like to lead you in a closing meditation to open up your entire chakra system, to be receptive to these more refined, escalated energetics.
So, here again, take a deep breath, and as you exhale, relax the body, the physical body. Relax the mind, because you have been very focused on my words and on the concepts. Now I want you to focus on those beautiful Love energetics and beautiful Light energetics coming from Source Realms of Creation.
Begin to draw into your body the Undifferentiated Light and Undifferentiated Love from that 11th chakra.
Breathe it down into the body, through the crown chakra.
As it enters the head region, notice how all parts of the brain begin to lighten up.
It’s like a new Light energy has been connected. And this is so.
The pineal and the third eye are brilliant emanations of this Light energy.
The neurology of the body has been accelerated, and the solar charges are being accepted so that the complexities of Christed thought are assimilated and used proficiently.
The brain is enlightened and functioning, ready to process the Christed thought coming from the Christed oversoul of your Spirit.
Notice how the throat begins to respond, and that throat chakra is spinning and spinning and vibrating in the most brilliant blue that you have ever seen.
It’s a dimensional shift in its expression that is occurring at this moment!
So it reflects 5th, 6th, 7th dimension.
It reflects the Will of Source as it is fully aligned with your Christed imaging.
So you speak your thoughts eloquently from that template of Love.
You are conscious and kind. And you allow your personal will to be fully integrated and aligned with Christ consciousness.
There is a descent that is taking place at this very moment as you draw in these vast Undifferentiated Light and Love energies.
The eighth chakra, which used to sit above the crown is now coming through that crown and descending into the physical body into the Sacred Heart, in the thymus region of the body.
This is important for you to recognize because it will help you think the thoughts of Universal Mind on a consistent basis.
It is now located within your physical body within your Sacred Heart consciousness, so your consciousness is magnified continually.
The thymus, in the physical, has been enlightened, and it directs all of the chemicals and the hormones in the body to produce from the perfected image so that all of the organs are continually nourished and regenerated.
Notice your heart, your heart chakra which is different than your Sacred Heart.
Your Sacred Heart is the full consciousness of who you are at a spirit level.
Your physical heart chakra relates to your experience on planet Earth in a physical, human body.
It relates to the love of self as a divine being created in the image of Source.
It relates to your ability to love your fellow man even in the midst of his anomalies and to be kind and generous at all times.
Now, as we descend further in the body with this Light, acknowledge your solar plexus where your will resides.
There is a difference now in the presence of these Light energies.
There is a VAST difference that is now taking place within the body of the presence of Christ consciousness because now that will is no longer divided.
It is unified with Source Will, Christ Consciousness Will, the Will of the Divine Image.
And this was the original state of your will as a 12th-dimensional being, human being.
And you are now returning to that state of consciousness.
We move on to that beautiful, beautiful sacral energy, creative energy that is unlimited, resourceful, unlimited, fluid in its expression because now it is not hindered by any obstruction in the chakra system in the thoughts or the emotions fully operate in Christed consciousness.
And then to the root.
This is your connection to humanity, to the Earth, to the physical state of the body that you are now using to reflect fully who you ARE at a soul/spirit level.
And now, travel down. Send a grounding cord deep within Mother Earth.
Connect in with the Christed matrix of the Earth, of the planet, and transmit your Christ consciousness into that matrix, your Christ consciousness at that spirit level that is unlimited in any way.
It is pure Source Light, pure Source Imaging so that the Earth and the elements can create a coherent environment that sustains you as long as you are using a human body.
Earth is accepting your gift.
The elements accept your gift.
And there is great joy throughout the Inner Earth Kingdoms.
There is a unity that you have created under our guidance. A unity between all parts of you — spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically.
Unity with the Earth, unity with the elements but most important, unity with all Realms of Creation where there never again will be a separation of any kind.
This is the potential that you have in the next five years.
And as I have said, you will be amazed!
Feel the joy that is now surfacing at a level you have never ever felt.
Nurture this state of refined emotions!Use it to your advantage every day.
Use it to your advantage every day so you can honestly say, “I love life, and I love the experience that I am having in this particular time of my existence.”
The beauty of you, of each one of you, of this entire group gathering, is extensive.
The light is almost blinding but not totally.
It is a wonder to behold.

This presence of love and unity will be built upon day by day, month by month, year by year.
